Return / Exchange Policy

If you find the items which are

(1) Damaged or Faulty by Manufacturer Fault.

(2) Incorrect Goods Delivered by Seller

It’s Return or Exchangeable Condition. 

At that time, items must be sent within 60 days of receipt of your package in “Not Opened Condition” which means original, unused condition including all packaging and tags. A refund will be issued through Paypal after receiving returned items. 


Once receiving the returned item, we will contact buyers to arrange refund of merchant value. Please note that postage is NOT refundable. 

If you received wrong item, please let us know. To resolve problem, we will exchange it to the proper item.

(In this case, we pay the cost of shipping.)

If the items have returned to us under the unclaimed status, we will give you a full refund except shipping cost.
